We specialize in school merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and spirit wear featuring high-quality designs. Our products are printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology, which allows for vibrant, multi-colored, and highly detailed prints on soft, comfortable fabric.

 

2. What is DTG printing?

DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing is a high-quality printing method that uses eco-friendly, water-based inks that seep into the fabric, resulting in a soft, blended feel. This method allows for detailed, multi-color designs that won’t crack or peel over time.

 

3. Why does my order take longer to process?

Each DTG product is made-to-order as soon as you place your order. This print-on-demand method helps reduce overproduction and waste, making it a more sustainable choice. Processing time for DTG items is 2–7 business days before shipping.

4. Can I cancel or return my order?

Because our DTG products are fulfilled by an external print-on-demand service, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed. Please make sure to double-check the size chart before ordering. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us, and we’ll make it right!

5. How do I choose the right size?

We provide detailed size charts for each listing to help you find the best fit. Since we cannot accept returns or exchanges for DTG items, we strongly encourage checking the measurements before placing your order.

6. What are your shipping times?

Shipping times vary based on your location and the fulfillment center. Once your item is printed (within 2–7 business days), it will be shipped via standard shipping. Delivery times depend on your shipping selection at checkout.
